The question is often asked how to represent these feelings between dreams and reality. Can you grab both the permanent and the variable against the passing of time?

about the artist

Fading feelings, impressions, flashes, airy, childishly innocent canvases. Just like how you remember parts of an intensive dream after waking up.

recent paintings

Besides painting I also started experimenting with ceramics over the past few years. The joy of creation, the meditative working with clay is beneficial for me. I continuously search for a connection between the design of my paintings and my ceramics. The central motive of my miniature statues is the rabbit, the symbol of my unclouded childhood, but I also like to use the treasure my kids have found. This is how walnuts, earthworms and snails end up on my work.
